If you have a passion for Maryborough and the Fraser Coast, we would love to welcome you to our team at the Visitor Information Centre.

We offer 4-hour shifts, 7 days a week, allowing us to accommodate your hobbies, interests, and commitments within our rosters. We are also registered with Centrelink as a provider for Job Starter/Keeper. ✅

Unfortunately this cruise on the 22nd of March has been cancelled due to flood debris in the river. The next cruise will now be in May.

Ululah Lagoon, constructed in 1852 using horse-drawn scoops, was the first water supply for the newly formed township. Today, it is surrounded by walkways, cycle paths, and picnic areas, providing a tranquil spot in the heart of ANZAC Park in Maryborough.

The parkland not only offers abundant wildlife but also features play spaces and points of interest for everyone to enjoy.

On-site parking is available at the Cheapside Street entrance to the parkland.

Are you looking for a fantastic way to experience Maryborough from a new perspective? Join us for the next Mary River Cruise on Saturday, February 21st, aboard the Spirit of Hervey Bay. 🚢

The cruise departs from Hervey Bay Marina at 9:45 AM. Enjoy morning tea ☕ and lunch as you glide past Big Woody Island, Kingfisher Bay Resort, and the river's mouth.

An informative commentary will entertain you with the history of Maryborough as you meander through the twists and turns of the river.

Bookings are available through the Maryborough Visitor Information Centre. Ticket prices are $110 for adults and $75 for children.
