Amy’s Gran Fondo - Road closures in place this weekend 🚧🚗 so our tours will not be running this weekend along the Great Ocean Road.

More than 5,000 bike riders and their families and friends will visit the Great Ocean Road and Otway Ranges as part of Amy’s Gran Fondo.

The main event will start in Lorne and travel via Deans Marsh, Whoorel, Forrest, Skenes Creek, Wye River and finish in Lorne. 🚴‍♀️

⚠ Severe weather and storm damage has impacted many parks across Victoria.

For our tours this week, we have planned ahead and checked for closures and safety updates before leaving Melbourne. Major park and trail closures are in place following this week’s storms, including throughout Great Otway National Park.

We still ask our guests to remain vigilant.

❗ Watch for hazardous trees/branches that may be unstable and prone to falling.
❗ Be aware that road detours may be in place due to storm debris.
❗ Trees may be down on access tracks and paths.
❗ Do not enter closed areas.

VIC Rainbow Tours are proud to fly the rainbow flag. But why are the colours so significant?

The different colors within the flag represent togetherness, since the LGBTQ+ community come in all races, ages and genders, and rainbows are both natural and beautiful. The original flag featured eight colors, each having a different meaning. At the top was hot pink, which represented s*x, red for life, orange for healing, yellow signifying sunlight, green for nature, turquoise to represent art, indigo for harmony, and finally violet at the bottom for spirit.
