MELBOURNE AIRPORT UPDATE
We're making Melbourne Airport more accessible for everyone. Need a little extra help getting around the airport? We’re here to help.
♿ Mobility Hubs: We have five Mobility Hubs across the airport to help passengers move easily through our car parks, check-in areas, baggage halls, and pick-up and drop-off zones.
🌻 Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyard Program: We proudly support the Sunflower program, helping our team recognise and better assist travellers with hidden disabilities. Lanyards can be collected before your trip or on the day you travel from our Mobility Hubs or the Visitor Information Desk in Terminal 2 Arrivals.
🔊Hearing Augmentation System: Receive real-time flight and terminal announcements straight to your phone or Bluetooth-connected hearing device through our Hearing Augmentation system.
💻 Online Mobility Hub: Our digital hub offers helpful videos and step-by-step guidance created by people with lived experience. Whether you’re arriving or departing, it’s designed to help you plan your journey with confidence.
It’s all part of our commitment to making Melbourne Airport welcoming and accessible for everyone.
For more info and to plan your trip, visit our Online Mobility Hub at the Melbourne Airport website.
