Hi all, here’s a quick report for the last few weeks.

With low winds and sunny days over the last few weeks the calamari fishing has been great with some average to larger size squids coming on board, the pinkie fishing has been a bit tough but it’s starting to pick up, salmons have been around in good numbers and the king George whiting have been around as well with some days better then others, as we come in to August the pinkie fishing will be a lot better and will be the main target.

I have decided to continue running charters in August this year so the month of August is available now.

Hi all,
Here’s a quick update on the fishing as it’s been a while since my last post.
I was unfortunately off the water for about 3 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, but all is good now.

Since i have been back on the water the catches have been great over the last month, the calamari fishing has been amazing with almost every charter getting a solid bag of calamari to take home, the king George whiting and pinkie snapper catches have been a little hit and miss but still managing to get a few, and plenty of Australian salmon around which are great fun for kids and bigginers 🎣

Not sure if I’ll be running charters during this July and August, still haven’t decided as yet.

Hi all,
Hope you all had a good Easter🐣, here’s a quick update on the catches over last few weeks.

The pinkie snapper fishing has been great with plenty of good size pinkies coming onboard with most fish averaging 35cm with a few 40s and 50cm fish in the mix, the salmon schools are thick and wide spread atm from Williamstown to Altona with multiple schools busting up on the surface which are heaps of fun for kids and bigginers, the calamari has been going good as well with some medium to larger size ones coming on board, customers getting to see dolphins 🐬 on almost every trip lately which is always a great sight, especially when then swim along side the boat that you can almost touch them 💯😊👌

Hi guys and girls,
Hope you have been well,
Heres a quick report on the fishing over the last 3 weeks 🎣

Since my last post the main targets has been mainly pinkies and calamari, customer all getting to take home some solid pinkies and the some snapper as well👌

Theres been plenty of good size pinkies, snapper, salmon, slimy mackerel and calarmari on the shallow reefs.
pinkys and squid are in really good numbers atm and the salmon schools are very thick now, multiple schools busting up from williamstown to altona which are so much fun for kids and bigginers 🎣🥳👌💯

This is a great time of year to be fishing, march, april, may and June has some great fishing on offer in north end of the bay and should continue into the winter months 🎣🥳 👌

Hi guys and girls,
It’s been a while since my last post, here’s some of the great catches over the last few weeks, customers getting a good feed of calamari, whiting, pinkies and flathead on most charters, but the most epic and amazing catch was catching a blue fin tuna in 8meters of water at Altona 🥳 over the last few months I have encountered the school of tuna shinning and breaching on the surface and I have tried to catch them with no luck but the last time I saw them which was a few weeks ago I got the customers casting at them and amazingly they hooked up multiple times, but we were foul hooking them and they kept coming off 30seconds in to the fight till one decided to eat it properly and that’s the one that got landed 75cm! I was jumping for joy to say the least! 🙌🥳💯

I don’t do tuna charters but I sure hope to come across them again🤞

For the next few months the target species will be mainly pinkie snapper, southern calamari, king George whiting and salmon 🎣

This is a great time of year to be fishing, March, April May and June are my favourite times of the year to fish and the weather is usually pretty good 🎣

Hi all,
Hope you've been well, here is a few pics from some of the king george whiting charters from the last few weeks, it's been a good start and should only get better over the next few weeks as the water warms up, good size whiting with most in the high 30s, great fun on the light rods and great fun for kids and beginners, the calamari has been going good as well when weather permits🎣😊
