Because of the variety it offers & the fun that occurs in every single session the workout is definitely disguised with a party atmosphere but you still get a great workout. We encourage, empower & get out of our

comfort zone, building our confidence & create a great social network. Any movement is better than no movement at all so come and join in the fun & experience the journey with us

This would have to be my favourite clip and that’s because I am so thrilled & proud seeing my lovely ladies up on stage. Breaking down barriers, overcome nerves & shyness, to build confidence and have the courage to get up on stage is a HUGE step…. It’s not that easy and I am so proud of each and everyone of you. I’ve always said “never say never “ & “everyone deserves to shine’. You ladies are stronger than you think and capable of many things. Love you 🥰
