A decade ago today, Tamie Matthews had a vision to begin her own consulting business. Taking a giant 'leap of faith', RevenYou was founded and welcomed its first client - who remains a client to this day.

Now, 10 years later, RevenYou is an award-winning business, has a team of 13 and has expanded beyond the original business model of providing revenue management to small-to-medium accommodation operators to include a suite of tech, sales and marketing services.

This milestone is more than just a number for CEO and Founder, Tamie Matthews, who proudly wears two hats - mother and businesswoman - "It is a testament to the trust our clients have provided us with, the dedication of our team (both past and present) and the relationships we have built along the journey with key stakeholders. It has not always been easy: we have navigated challenges, embraced new opportunities to evolve, and celebrated many success stories in that time."
