Big Knob Racing We're the fastest hot rod race team in Australia at 200.1 mph. Our top speed was set at Bonneville USA in August 2010.

All systems are go for SpeedWeek Australia in March 2011.

Another great week of racing at Lake Gardiner! Thanks to my team on the salt for preparation and a great week had 👍 Andrew Hutchinson, Neil Davis, Judi Karaka and my partner Jane Leech. Matt Lagoon for preparing the motor. You sure make an awesome motor!

The trip from Melbourne to the lake always a long journey but worth it!

I started off with a 183 shake down pass in my AAGRoadster class. I managed to take out a track marker at the 3rd mile. Took out a belt. A quick dash back out to Port Augusta for the love of the access road and a change of wheels to get us back for another run. Neil jumped in to qualify for his class AAMFRoadster and backed up a record after 2 passes! Mas congrats mate! More to follow….

Aussie Desert Cooler Kids Drawing Competition 2023

Hey Kids, it's on again! Aussie Desert Cooler are holding a competition at the nationals. .
Get your own goody bag at the registration and enter our drawing competition for your chance to win an Ipad.

There will be 2 age groups 0-8 & 9-16, entries will need to be hand delivered to the Aussie Desert CoolerTrade stand by 3pm on Saturday the 8th of April. Prizes will be awarded at the Trophy Presentations on Sunday. Good luck to all who enter.
