We are proud to share another example of our body corporate expertise in action. We recently arranged a full repaint for our clients townhouses in Mornington, in collaboration with Paintboys Coatings , who provided the paint and the painters. The result is a stunning makeover of the building, with fresh and vibrant colours that enhance its value and appeal. Our clients are delighted with the outcome, and so are we. It's not the first time we've had to get our feet wet to get the job done. The last time was a full repaint of an aquatic centre, where we had to 'swim' a large scaffold into place to paint heating ducts!

Paintboys Coatings recently completed the 3rd Stage of this commercial painting and renovation project, in nearby Brighton. We managed many aspects of the project, including:

- asbestos removal
- window repair and cleaning
- carpentry and masonry works
- plastering
.....and of course, painting!
