Not sure what’s happening at Yarra City Council. Drummond ‘Boulevard’ in Carlton north looks like a small country town where everybody has deserted it. We pay our rates but the service seems to be going backward. Might have to get the grandkids over with bucket and spade and clean up the street!! Is your council as bad??
