Bon voyage to beautiful Bec from West Australia 💛 who just vacated Antonellas Petite B&B in le Marais...& oh boy Bec, its been a heartfelt connection from the moment you booked; being in beautiful dialogue of excited anticipation as the dates drew closer & lets be honest we BOTH knew you & Antonella were aligned from the start. Intuition doesn't lie 🥰

& it transpired to be exactly that, a perfect B&B host & guest match. The ladies had so much in common, especially their love of design.

So I wasn't surprised to hear they spent hours chatting at home before going about their days but when I asked Antonella did you take a photo together for Petite Paris Socials? She said 'NO I was enjoying the conversation too much to think of that'...Reminding me that sometimes NO photo IS the proof - of a moment or conversation more real than any photo that we forget to capture, because we are lost in them! But we still capture the moment within and take it home with us! Thats what Petite truly is, the unseen, but fully felt!!

BUT there is ALWAYS time for a celebratory selfie of your amazing solo self in Paris 🥰 & Im SO happy Bec to see you sitting so gorgeously elegant in Antons home. A home that is so deeply personal to me, where I have spent months & months of my life, with my own friendship with Antonella growing, & I LOVE that it's now yours too! Now we share this! 💛✨

Because you're gonna be so welcomed celebrated loved supported encouraged befriended for life!! By me, the other Solo travellers in our group, by my Petite B&B Hosts and....by Paris herself!! If you're wondering when is the time to book your Petite Paris home for 2027, its def NOW! Our guests favourites are always booked BEFORE Christmas for most of the peak season months... and thats just the reality of running a small boutique B&B service with a curated collection of only 20 homes! And a regular group of incredibly loyal return guests who know what they want!!

And these 3 homes are some of our BEST value.

Honestly Apartment Lisette is insanely 'low' for the prestigious style of this 2 bedroom home that you would NOT find elsewhere. Seriously 4 guests for 245euro per night? (62euro per night per person) and Lisette has not raised her prices in two years.

Studio Nicole which I have 'stolen' for the entire month of March. Nicole offers special monthly rates of 50-70euro per night for solo travellers - and with THAT view (2 balconies) - and she two hasn't risen her price for about five years!

Of course we have homes that are at much higher price points than these homes for many various reasons - location size etc, but here are some long-standing hosts who are not in it for the money, they just wanna offer you an honest service and an authentic paris home experience!

The season is ALIVE and my heart can't handle it — So many beautiful Petite Paris guests literally in our homes right now coming & going...

This is Colleen and her daughter Audrey from South Australia — look at their beautiful energy!! They're staying in Apartment Oliver in le Marais. It's their first ever mum and daughter trip and they hadn't seen each other for six months.

Colleen was nervous about Audrey waiting alone at the train station for some hours, so of course magnificent Alvin waited with her. Honestly — who else is going to do that for you in Paris? His own beautiful heart exploding witnessing their reunion, and then proudly walking them both home. Apartment Oliver 💛

And lovely Alana from New York, a Petite Paris devotee and always stays in a Petite home. This trip she brought her two little boys — look at that proud mama face 💛✨ She tried Apartment Lisette in Montmartre for the first time and I think she found a new favourite.

What makes this visit extra special — Alana has been doing French lessons remotely with Lisette, and this trip she finally gets to meet her in person. Lisette is coming to say goodbye at checkout. I can't wait to hear about that moment.

And something about seeing her share Paris with her boys this time - In a strange and beautiful way I feel woven into that — part of her and her family's Paris story, one visit at a time.

When solo travel just happens to you!! Shianne booked a Petite Paris home (Apartment Alvin - link to see the apartment is in comments) with two friends who both cancelled. So Paris said, fine, we'll take her ourselves. 💛✨💛

And this video. These fun, spirited Parisians on a bench who pulled Shianne straight into their world the moment she walked past… This is what happens when there's no one between you and the city. When you remove the buffer of a travel companion and let the city actually reach you. The universe gave her what she needed by taking away what she'd planned...

And this moment, let's be honest, would not have happened if she were with others. And she is absolutely OWNING Paris. Also enjoy solo cafe moments reading a book in her own peace pace, Spoiling herself to trips to Sephora, getting up at Sunrise to see the Eiffel before anyone else is up and all to herself, alone fearless...

This is what I live for. And for YOU too!!!
