This is NOT a secret gem of Paris, its just a secluded GEM!! 5 minutes walk from studio Nicole or apartment Lisette - it's definitely well known by locals and featured in many ' secret of Paris' lists ... but the part that keeps it a true GEM is at that the entry does not look like an entry. It's locked gate is a real deterrent to only those who know it's there or who are confident to persist and push ahead, fearless of everything that screams 'keep out', press the buzzer and walk ahead!!

Because of this no matter what, even being as well known as it is, it's alway has a feeling of secrecy of privacy of exclusivity, it certainly does filter out the numbers, weeds through the consumer tourist, and meets only the quiet quaint seeker who wants something MORE and special!

it's never been full or crowded when I've been there, its always just a scattering of Parisians and locals in the know... all you do is click on the buzzer and the gate will click open, walk down the cobblestone path and turn left into this, most magical garden cafe which is also an amazing cocktail lounge area inside and a dining room for dinners. The garden offers high tea in the afternoons or just breakfast. An episode of Emily was shot here too bien sur. Its not cheap, but It's incredible.

More MORE MORE current Petite Paris guests soaking up summer in Paris 🇫🇷✨Its not just me... its Karen and Georgia from the UK, Jen and Jeff from the US, Vikki and and Julie from Sydney Australia, Simone and Charmaine from Perth WA and very special Dan and Shellie also from the states who booked with Petite every year! Apartment Alvin, Apartment Oliver, Studio Francois - all the homes being loved right now...

Welcome guys!! you all make me so happy ✨💛 I wish I could meet up with everyone to hear about how much everyone loves these homes and the amazing hosts that mean so much to me and are basically my family, which makes YOU all my family too!! ✨💛✨💛

But it aligns only when it aligns and tomorrow it aligns... see you at the winebar Simone and charmaine whoopppp!! hehehhe

But most of all, I just love seeing Petite B&B Guest's arrive as strangers to Paris and leave feeling completely at home....
.. especially and thanks to, being loved and looked after by their amazing Petite Paris B&B hosts - and in this case amazing Alvin who looked after Guests during the crazy heatwave - he was seriously running around the city making sure everyone had proper fans, buying extra fns, or portable air air-conditioners where possible even going so far as to pull out his own air-conditioner from his OWN HOME. Seriously 🥰🥰

Thanks for all the beautiful pictures guys and sharing them with the Petite community. Come back soooon, your Paris homes and Parisian love lives are here to continue anytime you want...❤️

Just obsessing over my first Sunny breakfast at studio Nicole in Paris - this studio is pure sunshine and happiness ✨💛

And its not breaky without without eggs for this Aussie! 🥰 did you know Studio Nicole has TWO balconies??

Ps the Paris heatwave has broken. 25 and perfect sunny in this summery terrace studio 🍳

And then i walked a whopping 10 steps to the cafe downstairs to get the new amazing B&B Claire up on the website today so we can start taking bookings. And Ps Claire is currently working out a SOLO lady traveller special price. Now my dear solo travellers we all know how expensive it can be to Solo travel... as we wind up paying nearly the same cost as two people pay together - so I love that Claire is mindful of this honestly I think she's perfect for Petite!!! stay tuned...

17 years of this view in Paris guys!! ✨ I've just checked into Heaven in Paris @ Studio Nicole in Montmartre village and it still feels like new each time.

And in 3 years I get to celebrate not only 20 years of my forever OG Petite Paris home, this true artists rustic rooftop maids quarter 'Emily in Paris' before there was 'Emily in Paris' studio, (because before there was Emily there was Amelie)...as well as 20 years of Petite Paris!!!

Yep, 20 years soon has just dawned on me! And arriving this afternoon in this Coziest little nook reminded me of that because it's my nostalgic first ever Petite Paris home!! omg Petite will be 20 soon!

So ridiculously happy to be here guys, there's been a few little changes new doors new showerhead ha ha ha I'll do a little run through video in the next couple of days but for now I'm just enjoying settling in. I'll be here for the next 12 days too 😉

And as usual no photos or videos can EVER do justice to the surreal views here but I'll do my best - because the perspective, the rooftops, the light across the sky esp at dawn and at dusk! It's like staring at a painting that looks like it's about to jump through your window and get into bed with you 😂😉 well... you pretty much are in bed with Montmartre here 😭

And while I absolutely adored my time in the 20eme BOY it feels great to come home! Here, to the familiar buzzing pulsating even if touristy) village life and the picturesque cobblestone nooks & twirling winding streets of Montmartre ✨

ps this is one Petite home that I NEVER completely booked myself out of hehe staying at Nicole's every year is a must for me!

And I just wanna say a quick shout out to beautiful Aimee from the US who has snapped up this studio super early (smart lady) for next year April!!

And that is honestly the only way you're gonna get studio Nicole... waaaaay in advance! And the early planning is worth it ✨💛

So excited for a new Petite Paris B&B! Especially for all my Solo lady travellers - Claire a fellow solo traveller, says COME, Welcome to her safe secure warm family home in Paris! She is excited to host you!✨💛 BUT its also perfect for families with FOUR bedrooms THREE bathrooms!

This one is your traditional oldschool classic guesthouse bed-and-breakfast known as a Chambre D'hotes in Paris. A real family home!

You will be living in Claire's personal private residential home, that has been in her family for generations and that started off as a bronze factory converted family homes and is now renovated B&B for you!!

Timelines and history are written across the walls and all the family heirloom's and artworks which Claire is going to be so happy to share with you over breakfast each day!

The bedrooms are absolutely spectacular privacy with private bathrooms!! Location is 11eme Rue Chemin Vert - this is the paris you experienced when you dig beneath the surface! The real paris where you get to meet the Parisians and be hosted by the Parisians directly!
