Outstanding effort from our Victorian Crew as they manage the very first Reject Shop store packdown trial at Highpoint, Victoria.🙌

Delivering a project of this scale in just two days is an exceptional achievement and a true reflection of the teamwork, planning, and commitment demonstrated onsite.

A special acknowledgement to three of our valued Crew Leaders.. Sarah, Nathan and Andrew. Their leadership across multiple shifts ensured the project continued to run smoothly from start to finish.

Last week in SA our team completed a major ESL installation at Foodland Sefton Park for Smart Shelf 🙌

With over 20,000 tags installed, this was an extraordinary effort by the crew especially working within a busy trading store with such a massive range.

We’re proud to announce the commencement of our first project with Baby Bunting, supporting the full store closure and stock relocation! 🙌

Led by Sarah, our Crew is currently managing the seamless transition of thousands of items as the store prepares to relocate to its brand-new site. 📍

This project represents an important milestone for both teams, and we’re pleased to be delivering a structured, efficient, and well-executed move.

We’re excited to officially welcome Kirsty Christensen to the Crew Services Group family as our new General Manager – Sales🙌

Kirsty joins us with an incredible retail and operations background, bringing deep experience across large-scale national programs, store development, and visual merchandising strategy.

Most recently, Kirsty spent the past two years with Coles Liquor, where she worked alongside some fantastic people and contributed to a great business during a period of change and growth. Before that, Kirsty dedicated an impressive 14 years with Bunnings, holding a wide range of senior roles including:
• Program Manager – Space Planning & Visual Merchandising
• National Visual Merchandise Development Manager
• National Visual Merchandise Projects Manager – Workflow Optimisation
• New Store, Upgrades & Refresh Fit-Out Manager

Her experience across national retail environments, combined with her leadership style and passion for delivery, makes her a perfect fit for where Crew Services Group is heading next.

Last week we wrapped up our State Awards/ Christmas parties for the year 🎄✨

It was incredible to see so many familiar faces, come together, celebrate our achievements, and take a moment to reflect on what a year it’s been.

These events are always a great opportunity to recognise the incredible efforts of our people, catch up, share a few laughs, and acknowledge the hard work that often happens behind the scenes.

This year has certainly had its highs and lows, with plenty of challenges along the way but our crew stepped up every time. The resilience, teamwork, and dedication shown across the board is something to be truly proud of.

Thank you to everyone who made the year what it was and to those who joined us to celebrate. Here’s to finishing strong and looking ahead to what’s next! 🙌
