On Saturday 13th December, from 6:45pm, we gather again at Centre of You on Chapel St to breathe, soften, and remember what it feels like to be fully met.

The Human Forest is a space where connection becomes simple again.

Where touch is offered with presence.

Where the body feels safe to unfurl.

Where we meet each other without performance, without masks, without needing to be anything but real.

🌳✨ The Human Forest Returns — Friday, October 3rd ✨🌳

Each month, we gather in the Forest to remember something ancient, something our bodies have always known:
That safe, consensual touch is medicine.
That to rest in presence with one another is to return home.
That when we meet without expectation, a sacred kind of connection takes root.

This month, the journey will be lovingly guided by Rebecca & Gary, whose presence and care create a container where you can soften, connect, and truly arrive.

On Friday, October 3rd, 6:45 PM – 11:00 PM, the Forest opens once more at:

We're so excited to finally announce the launch of another chapter of the Forest in Adelaide SA!
Featuring Lloyd and Lu, two facilitators who have completed our Facilitator Course, they've got a really special afternoon planned in December.

Exploring the theme of Beauty Through Presence, this Forest is the perfect reminder of the beauty we can find in self, other and our beautiful world through presence.

Sunday December 1

What I love about the human forest is how connected, open and loving everyone feels after the event.

Touch allows people to soften and feel so nourished that they have a special radiance about them at the end of the night.

Also what comes to mind is how healing touch is. It goes beyonds words, where you can deeply relax the body and open the heart and soul.

What I love about the Forest is:
It’s a place to learn, play, experiment
Seeing myself and other open and grow
The feeling after a forest. It’s all mushy and syrupy. People are more open and warm
