When it comes to lifting and rigging components, how a product is made is just as important as what it's made from.

Casting involves pouring molten metal into a mould and is quick and cost-effective, but the cooling process can leave hidden voids inside the metal that become weak points under load.

Drop forging is a different story.
Heated steel is shaped under extreme force, which refines the grain structure of the metal and produces a stronger, tougher, more fatigue-resistant component.

In mining, construction and infrastructure, that difference is everything.
