Luxury Apartment Privacy Solution in Melbourne

Project Overview
We were commissioned to work on a luxury apartment in Melbourne, where the objective was to install a subtle but effective film to address privacy concerns. The key challenge was to obscure the view of a neighboring apartment's pool below while preserving the panoramic city views that the apartment owner valued.

Conclusion
This project demonstrated how a strategic application of 3M Fasara Sabrina gradation film can meet aesthetic and functional goals in a high-end residential setting. It’s an ideal example of how we tailor our solutions to maintain the delicate balance between privacy and design in luxury spaces.

We installed SolarGard's TruVue 15 to a school in the South Eastern Suburbs.

The goal at hand was to reduce a large amount of Glare and heat rampaging through the classrooms affecting various rooms and facilities throughout the school.

In these projects we work closely with the facilities manager to coordinate our work to best align with the order of operations with minimal disturbances;

This includes comparing and choosing the most suitable products to achieve their desired outcome, Arranging a time and schedule the installation will occur and navigating our way through the work, including any unpredictable hurdles that may pop up along the way such as limited site access.

We were all extremely thrilled with the final result.

Reeded film is provided to achieve excellent privacy for both the homeowners and their neighbors, effectively obscuring visibility while allowing natural light to enter.

Despite the privacy provided, the reeded film allows natural light to filter through, maintaining a bright and welcoming environment inside the home.
