Up in Nuwara Eliya - Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 visiting the Tea Plantations 🍵 to understand the process, try and buy ✨️
25kg of tea plucked by the ladies(only) a day (6hrs) as they're delicate and won't wreck the plants, 😳 tough job!
Great insight into what goes into making your cup of tea, as Sri Lanka is the biggest tea export to all over the 🌎

Our 2027 trip to India will take us to Jaipur, where we will have the pleasure of touring the city with women 🙌

This incredible initiative offers employment to 200 women from low income households. They own and manage their own eco-friendly rickshaws.

Our Golden Triangle India tour is full of these special features. Travelling in a small group allows us to tailor truly magical trips ✨️

I've just had my annual TravelManagers Australia conference in Hobart ✨️ I raced home a little early to see my baby girl on stage for her last primary school production yesterday, slow down time 🥹

So missed the closing which is always an amazing person who has overcome adversity and shares their story with us.

Here is me with Turia Pitt 8 years ago at our Hawaii conference, a women who was running a maraton and ended up in a grass fire where 64% of her body was burnt.....

The grit, determination and zest for living her life to the fullest and coming out the otherside is a story I'll never forget many years later ✨️✨️
