I am an enthusiastic, professional Civil Marriage Celebrant who just wants to help you to create YOUR perfect day! I am based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria but am happy to travel around Melbourne. Did you know that there are only a few legal components required for your ceremony and the rest can be tailored exactly to your liking? As your celebrant:

• I lead you step by step through the

legal requirements of getting married and complete your paperwork for you (other than your Notice of Intended Marriage which I can help you with).

• I create your personalised ceremony by getting to know you and your fiancé through face to face meetings, phone and email contact, which ever you prefer.

• I ensure that all documentation is sent away on time to guarantee marriage registration.

• I am contactable at any time via email/phone if you have any bridezilla/groomzilla moments and need reassurance or questions you’d like answered. I am also very patient.

• I encourage your ideas, thoughts and feedback, I also offer suggestions when you experience writers block.

• If requested, I arrange rehearsals

• And I LOVE a surprise wedding, I can keep a secret! I can also perform commitment ceremonies, naming days and renewal of vows. Can I just say I love my job!!!!

Emily and Daniel, fatefully met the love of their life.

Meeting at Merricks Winery, Emily was nervous on her first blind date; as soon and Daniel saw her, he knew he was onto a good thing, and after their first date, they were inseparable.

Bonding over both working in the healthcare system and both being beautiful caring people themselves, they were done.

Who doesn’t love a secret wedding?!

After 16 years (not a typo), three houses, two kids and two dogs, Bec and Jarod decided it was time to get married on the clifftops overlooking the aptly named Sixteenth Beach in Rye.

The only people who knew were their parents, children, Rossco the photographer and me!

The day couldn’t have been more perfect or them; relaxed, warm, beautiful and wholesome.

Chelcie and Dylan met in primary school and I am under strict instruction that this is not to be referred to as cute. Their families became friends and they fell in love when they were teenagers, ditching their third wheel (one of their siblings) and organising catch ups together. Chelcie and Dylan have grown into a beautiful, warm, welcoming couple who you can’t help but love.

Chelcie and Dylan were secretly married at in Red Hill on 13.03.2025 in front of their immediate family, before their big reveal at their going away party two days later.

From the moment he saw her, Rob knew Kaeyah was special. The deep love and connection between these two is so evident and I was honoured to marry them at the Schreurs family farm on 22.03.2025

My barefoot bride and her handsome groom; Kaeyah & Rob were married in the farm’s beautiful gardens lovingly tended to by Rob’s Opa in front of the people who love them most.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the styling that was all DIY - I’ve never seen anything quite like it, I tried to take some photos but they just don’t do the beautiful setting the justice it deserved! It was warm, cozy and full of so much love.

It was also the very talented first time shooting a wedding, although she has a lot of experience I can’t believe this was her first wedding! I mean look at these photos!

You know those people you meet and there’s just an instant connection with them? The warm and welcoming Claire and James are those people and the jam packed room at was reflective of that on their wedding day.

After meeting on a friends driveway in 2018, there was a spark; which turned into a first date to see a show at the comedy festival; which turned into a long distance relationship between Brighton and Mont Albert 😂

Then, it was love. A love that was agreed to for forever on 08.03.2025 in front of everyone who loves them.

Casey and Nathan, where do I begin?

Casey cancelled their first two dates through nervousness, then after seeing a photo of Nate with his new puppy on insta 12 months later, she thought ‘what the hell am I missing out on!’ And immediately got back in contact, and when Nate asked her out again, this time she didn’t cancel.

Fast forward 5 years and these gorgeous humans were married at Vines of the Yarra Valley on Thursday the 27th of February in front of their much loved family and friends.

My last wedding for 2024 was a super special one.

I’ve known Hayley since year 7 so when she contacted me asking whether I would be her and Matt’s celebrant I jumped at the privilege.

Matt and Hayley were married at their restaurant The Bearded Pig in Heidelberg. They invited their immediate family under the guise of a family dinner, I hid in the kitchen until everyone had arrived and Hayley radioed down that she was ready and I could come out, then Hayley walked down the stairs looking like a beautiful fairy princess. I did my thing and when I left, they were married.

Over the last 10 years, I have been privileged to be the family celebrant for the four Doherty siblings, marrying each one to their best friend.

Yesterday, I married the youngest, and last of the siblings, Tim, to his beautiful, now wife, Claire at Vines of the Yarra Valley.

A little bit about me: I’m a mumma, a bonus mum, a fiancé (yes, I get how hard it is to choose your vendors!!!) a daughter, a friend and a down to earth, empathetic, quick witted celebrant, who loves showcasing her couples love stories to their nearest and dearest.

I became a registered civil marriage celebrant in 2014. Celebrancy is a side hustle for me so I can afford to be a little more affordable. I’m a bit of a people pleaser and that extends to my couples and ensuring they are 100% happy with my services.

Ben, I was honoured to lock Semma in as your wife all those years ago. She’s intelligent, caring, quick witted and beautiful. And I know, Semma is lucky to have you too.

I’ve loved watching the love between you grow since you met, and continue growing through the different stages in your lives.

I feel so privileged being able to marry people and love learning about their relationships in order to write their love stories. It is no different when one half of the couple is my family member, I still learn so much about them.

Once upon a time when we were in and out of lock downs, Scott & Mon were able to gather their closest loved ones on the magical Shoreham foreshore for an intimate ceremony that saw them become husband and wife.

The ceremony location was stunning, with the ocean in the background, the sunlight peaking through the trees and simple styling.

The beautiful couple were the icing on the cake!

Alyssa & Daniel’s engagement party was actually their wedding! After raining allllllll day, the sun finally came out and guests arrived at a beautiful wedding venue on their family property.

Nothing was going to ruin these high school sweethearts come soulmates, day!

This wedding was an absolute vibe 🤍
