I'm finding it interesting that as I've been creating the latest Golden Heart sound series, I'm strongly feeling the presence of the bees coming in again. I'm constantly reminded of their ancient essence in connection to the sacred feminine.

Sacred Honey Bee Dreaming is where Elemental Experience began. This is the first sound meditation I created, with help from the wisdom and guidance of the beautiful honey bees.

This series focuses on uncovering and integrating the essence of golden heart energy.
There is 11 parts to the series. Within each part the sound and light language gently works with the cells, to align and integrate this energy.

Find somewhere quiet and relaxing to listen, and it's recommended that you listen through headphones to get the full experience of sound.
