It's National Volunteers Week so we want to shout out the 29 Volunteers that help us operate the Merimbula Visitor Information Centre. In addition to these 29 amazing humans we have another 6 Volunteer Board Members who oversee our operations and look after our advocacy work.

Merimbula Tourism Inc is a NFP with one Full Time Employee, all 35 others are volunteers who dedicate their time each and every week to ensure we can remain operational and service our visitors.

We are so so grateful for each and every one of our volunteers, as the manager of the centre I wouldn't be able to do what I do without them. Their support both professionally and personally makes showing up to work everyday something I look forward to.

Sometimes all you need is a new perspective....

This viewpoint is located in Fishpen, just across the Merimbula Bridge. A short walk from the town centre and links the lake to the ocean. Merimbula is a walkable town (apart from the slight hill on Market Street) meaning you can park the car and enjoy your holiday at your own pace.
