Throughout Women's Health Week (September 2-6, 2025), we invite you to pause, breathe and reconnect with what wellness truly means to you.

Women are invited to join us on Wednesday, September 3, for two free pilates sessions provided by Recover Health & Performance. The sessions will be run at 10.30am and 11.30am and are available to women who have purchased a Revive Bathing Pass for that day.

There are no bookings required, first in best dressed and classes will be capped at 20 participants. Once the sessions are completed, we invite you to continue to enjoy bathing and relaxing for the remainder of the day.

Metung Hot Springs provides a space to connect, reflect and celebrate women's health together.
