'Sandilira' holiday shack rental

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SANDILIRA HOLIDAY SHACK 1. All linen and towels are included in your tariff but guests are required to bring their own beach towels 2. The garden area at the front of Sandilira is not fenced and has direct access to the road and water. Parents are required to supervise their children at all times. 3. Sandilira is situated between private homes, so please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at night. 4. Sandilira accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property. 5. Any theft or damage will be charged to the responsible guests. 6. Please report any faults or damages immediately to the owners. 7. Check in time is 2pm with check out time 10am. Cleaners arrive shortly after 10am to clean the shack in readiness for the next guests. 8. Late checkout may be arranged. (When available). 9. Sandilira is cleaned prior to your arrival and when you depart. It is not serviced during your stay. 10. A starter pack is provided for your stay which includes toiletries, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These items are not replenished during your stay. 11. We request that the shack is left in an acceptable state of tidiness. Cleaning costs will be incurred by the guest if this is not the case. 12. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. All accommodation must be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date (unless otherwise arranged). Cancellations must be given within at least 1 months notice for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days or less notice only 75% of the full fee will be refunded. 13. Pets by negotiation only and incurs a $20 cleaning fee. 14. Hirer must be over the age of 21 years old. 15. If keys are lost the hirer will be responsible for the replacement of the keys. Call out charges will apply. 16. SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED inside Sandilira. An ashtray is provided for guests use. If evidence of smoking inside is found the hirers stay will be terminated IMMEDIATELY and a charge of up to $1000 will be incurred for cleaning of all carpets, furniture and curtains.
