off street parking. This is a family home and not a 'party house'. It is newly renovated and well maintained in a great quiet area. Close to the river. Check in 2pm, Checkout 11am unless otherwise arranged.

$280 for the first night for a couple. $120 p/n thereafter. $30 p/n per extra adult. No Pets

$120 booking deposit, credited on final payment at key pickup. IPTAAS receipts available

I can’t believe that the month is almost over!

There’s been a few changes this year. With the new ducted air conditioning. I even had the evaporative air ducted to the barbecue area!

We’ve just left the home after a week of heat and found that setting the cool under 24 degrees was too cold!

Speaking of the barbecue area. There’s been a bit of work done there too.
I won’t add photos until I’ve finished🙂

There are some school holiday dates available.

Hi!
I thought that I d let you know that our home isn’t available for hopefully a short term.

I’ve had enquiries from Broken Hill people wanting a break from the power or lack of power issues.
Our home is already being used for respite from the uncertainty.

I’m hoping that things resolve soon and I can let you know that your home away from home is again available.

Of course current bookings are being honoured.
