As mentioned in today’s earlier post, we didn’t get the numbers together for tomorrow’s charter, so we had to pull the pin.
BUT… after a bit of reshuffling with PDA, we’ve managed to crack open Sunday and make the most of what the weather man reckons will be a decent day.
So……
now it comes down to you lot.
We need a minimum of 8 divers to get the show on the road and the SeaQuest off the dock.

SMS, message or call to lock in your spot before everyone else suddenly remembers they own dive gear.

Well,
Good news, bad news, good news……

Good —
Had a great run down to Hillarys today for a couple of OW Dive 3 & 4 sessions with some PDA junior bubble makers. Always good seeing the next generation learning how to blow bubbles properly.

Bad —
At 4pm today we only had three divers pencilled in for tomorrow.
Not good enough, guys… so we’ll sit on the dock and watch the rest of the world float by instead.

Good —
Due to a reshuffle and a bit of rescheduling, we’ve got a chance to make it right on Sunday…..

Low seas, light winds, and the forecast doesn’t get much prettier than that.

But here’s the deal —
We need 8 divers minimum to get the wheels turning and the SeaQuest off the leash.

So get out from under your blanket—now’s your chance.

Mindarie Marina. Load up at 07:30
Let’s fill the manifest and go make bubbles.

SMS, message or call to book your spot.

Interesting fact for the salty sea dogs:

23 May 1701 — Scottish pirate captain William Kidd got himself hanged at Ex*****on Dock in London for piracy and murder.

This Saturday’s crew is aiming for a slightly better outcome.

Double dive Saturday 23 May.
We’ll go where we go and get wet where we get wet.
Could be reefs, could be lumps of limestone, could be skipper Callum following a “good feeling” again.

Minimum numbers apply — so don’t be the barnacle sitting at home Sunday morning asking how the vis was after ignoring the messages all week.

Well at least we got out on Sunday with a small crew of PDA bubble makers.

Conditions out at Labyrinth and Hanging Rock turned out pretty decent in the end. Clean water, manageable swell, and enough fish life around to keep everyone happy.

Most importantly, everyone surfaced smiling, gear still intact, and no one managed to donate a mask to Neptune.

Could’ve used a few more bodies onboard, but the salty few that showed up made it a solid day on the water.

Hey team,

With a little bit of swell hanging around but the wind behaving , the Skipper’s given the call… “CAST OFF” for Saturday 16 May 👌

Hey salty crew,

Double dive this Saturday 9 May.

Skipper Callum reckons the wind will pull its head in late morning, so we’re rolling out of Mindarie Marina a wee bit to make the most of a half-decent ocean.

Load up: 0930 sharp — don’t be that bloke we’re waiting on. (If you know you know 😬)

Come for the dives, stay for the snags.

No numbers, no charter so please book early— simple as that.

SMS, Messenger or call to lock it in… or miss out and watch everyone else post about it later.

Nice crisp morning out there with a proper crew of PDA bubble makers.
Absolute magic on the water — whale cruise-by and a visit from one of the local sea puppies. Not a bad office day.
Shoutout to Capt. Callum for the last-minute brainwave grabbing his drone on the way out the door.
Big congrats to everyone who smashed out their OW today.
We’ll see you salty legends back on SeaQuest soon…

Well… smaller crew than we’d hoped for on today’s ANZAC Day double — but quality over quantity always wins on the SeaQuest deck.

Absolute bunch of salty legends onboard.

Sydney Harbor was looking a bit average — washed out and murky — so we rolled the dice and sent it out to good old Hanging Rock. Safe bet, and once again it delivered.

No snags left, a handful of crays on deck, and smiles for miles.

Can’t ask for much more than that .

Special shoutout to the skipper in the video… absolute clown move — give other boats some room and obey the dive flag. Basic stuff, mate.

Saturday 25 Apr double dives!

Low wind and a wee swell around, but if last week was anything to go by it’ll be a cracking morning to get wet.

Sunday’s already booked and Monday’s weather forcast is looking average, so this is the one to jump on.

As always we need minimum numbers to cast off. So sooner you book the sooner we can confirm.

Flick me an SMS, message or give us a call to lock in your spot.

What a cracking morning out at Sydney Harbor and Burns Rocks.
Smaller crew than we would’ve liked, but the ocean turned it on — dolphins 🐬cruising past and the local sea puppies 🦭putting on a show. Hard not to have smiles for miles after that.
Keen to see everyone’s footage roll in!
Still plenty of room for Monday’s trip, so if you’re thinking about it… now’s the time to get in touch .
