What a wonderful celebration we had yesterday at the Mornington Courthouse Visitor Centre as we marked 25 incredible years of welcoming visitors to our region! ๐ŸŽ‰

We were honoured to be joined by local dignitaries from the Mornington Peninsula Shire, with Councillor Cam Williams delivering an inspiring speech, alongside Chris Crewther MP - Member for Mornington. It was fantastic to see so many past and present volunteers, tourism industry representatives, and NMPT members come together for such a special occasion.

Our Northern Mornington Peninsula Tourism Inc President, Christina shared a heartfelt and moving reflection on the Centreโ€™s journey, highlighting the dedication and passion that have shaped its success over the years.

Thank you to our local suppliers who supported the event:
๐Ÿ“‹ Functioning Together for organising such a memorable event
๐Ÿฐ Peninsula Cake Art for the incredible cake
๐Ÿฅ‚ Peninsula Party Hire for helping bring the event together with their hire items

A special mention goes to Wayne, our current Courthouse Coordinator, who continues to do an outstanding job maintaining the Courthouse, with the support of our amazing volunteers. Your commitment truly keeps this place thriving. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿงก

Weโ€™re so proud of this milestone and look forward to the next 25 years of providing a warm, informative welcome to visitors of our beautiful region.

The NMPT Festival committee would sadly like to let everyone know the 2025 Mornington Festival won't be going ahead in October.
The Festival relies on funding from the Shire and Sponsors that we have struggled to confirm for this year.
The Festival is purely run by volunteers and we need more.
We are planning a meeting in August to start the groundwork for 2026 so if you have the time and energy and honestly feel you can assist in anyway please DM us so we can have a chat.
We all look forward to next year's Festival and as a committee we are sorry we are not able to make 2025 happen.
