After 18,151 km’s(I won’t mention the fuel cost 😩) & 5 months on the road we are finally home !
Our country is so amazing, get out there & see as much of it as you can. Can’t wait to see more.
Thanks for following our adventures 🥰

📍 SA

A quick skim through SA due to it being peak Xmas period when we travelled.

NYE we spent the night in the most fabulous free camp right by the water in beautiful Sceale Bay just outside of Streaky Bay.

Our last day was spent in gorgeous Mount Gambier, we visited Blue Lake, Umpherston Sinkhole & little blue lake.

📍The Nullarbor

A few sights from the Nullarbor(apart from the endless miles of nothingness) 😂.

Cocklebiddy Cave-once home to the longest cave dive at 6.4km, explored by the same Aussie diver that helped rescue the boys trapped in a Thailand cave. Cave track fiercely guarded by trees full of giant orb spiders(stuff of my nightmares)😬.

Eucla-we visited the remains of the old jetty & telegraph station

After 3 months we farewelled WA ☹️. From the gorges in the North to the spectacular beaches in the South & everywhere in between it’s been a real highlight.
WA sets such a high standard for its free camps & national parks, very RV friendly state.

Free camping at Bunda Cliffs overlooking the great Australian bight was absolutely amazing, cliff top camping at its best.

Unfortunately this means we’re on the way towards home 😭

📍 Busselton

Home of the Southern Hemispheres longest timber jetty, it extends 1.84km over beautiful Geographe Bay. The underwater observatory at the end was cool, you can walk the jetty or catch the train.
I think the favourite activity here was jumping off the large & small jetty !

So much fun riding through the forest on electric quad bikes. Maci drew the short straw & had to ride with me 😂🌳

📍 Margaret River

So much to see & do here ! Lovely beaches with massive surf & so many caves & stunning wineries. We stayed 2 nights at the lovely Jarvis estate winery, so cool camping amongst the vines. Lovely wines & the limencello was awesome.
Our 2nd stay was at Big Valley campground, a working sheep farm surrounded by beautiful bushland. Lots of animals roaming around, including free range chickens & Guinea pigs 😳, I’ve never seen so many guinea’s(girls loved them)!
Lovely spot would love to return here, winery trip anyone ? 🍷🍷
