Regretfull sale. Very sad to need to part with my beautiful animals. Farm life :( Miniature dwarf Dexter, Cystal. Hyland cross Belted Galloway bull, Darli. Darli is double polled genetics. And Chocolate Brown Bull calf, Mike, with his curly Hyland fur. My animals need a new home. Belted calf was Darli's second, for information. Such a hard decision.

Seems that life always has the ability to turn simple ideas into obstacles.

Facebook is a means of connecting with people and meeting people in addition to electronically sharing one's life.

I had no intention of operating a business.
I had no intention of making a profit or competing with anyone.

Wye Not Farm is not a business. Does not have a business number, model, plan.

Wye Not Farm is a home, a hobby farm. A dream.

For the immediate time, our apologies for any person interested in staying at the farm. We ignorantly did not understand that allowing people to stay in a tent on your own property requires such heavy planning, regulation and management.

We are currently unable to offer any Stays on our property. We are not a tourist camp ground.

This means the two tents will be private use and storage not for public or tourist operation until planning, design, approvals are met, which seems out of scope for a hobby farm.

Moving forwards, I guess.

One of the two super sized glamping tents is nearly completed with a few finishing touches to be added. The photos are of the 8m sunset orientated tent. Both are to be fitted out
with luxury in mind. The permanent setup at minimum for each are twin share on real king size beds, 50 inch
smart TVs, Delonghi coffee machines (fully automatic) and separate door fridge/freezer large sized bar fridges. Each glamping tent has
picnic bench, portable bbq/griddle and fire brazier. Still working out delivery for the ensuite cabins to be installed at each site.

In the mean time, there is a toilet in the shed a short walk from all sites and the shower in the master can be shared if keen to stay before the site is fully developed. Always more to do!

Also, the TVs can simply be removed from the tents to enjoy the experience without distraction, just ask and away they go

Time to upload some photos tonight. After a day of more plumbing work to water the animals and in preparation for future division of the paddocks. Nothing is quick on this journey.

Photos are of the property from when I was lucky enough to purchase near on two years ago.

The Yellow Tailed Black cockatoos were great yesterday, the most I have seen flying in a flock at once! They live in the Trees out the front of the property.😄

Here is Lucy Goosey cleaning our biggest Goat Greg. The other two Goats on the farm are miniature Goats.

The Goats took over a year to find a spot they liked and kept escaping to neighbours properties. Jumping on Cars, tables and being found on the house. OMG 😲

WYE NOT FARM.

Located on the Picturesque Limestone Coast in South Australia. Between Mount Gambier, SA and Nelson, VIC.

To many, known as the home of cave diving in Australia.

Wye Not Farm is offering Farm Stays, Glamping and Short Term Stays on a 10 acre property. Our animals currently include free-range chickens that have commenced laying, Goats, Sheep and Cattle.

Currently 3 sites are in progress; Two king size glamping tents, one 8m diameter bell tent that is sunset oriented and the second being a 7m bell tent that is sunrise oriented.

The third site is a self contained, 5 bed, triple bunk modern family caravan. Our intention is to offer a 4th site for low cost camping by providing a powered site for people travelling through or staying locally who own their own caravan or camper.

4 x ensuite cabins are to be installed in the near future.

Offering continuing discounts for those who stay while still completing setup. In addition discounts for Family and Friends, Serving or Ex-Serving ADF, Emergency Services and Health Professionals.

We will post pictures and information over the coming weeks.
We are not interested in profiting from this, the intent is to allow the farm to be cost neutral and perhaps expand its footprint with increased animals and allow more people to experience this lifestyle.

We look forward to sharing the property and animals.
