Happy Australia Day!!
Once again, we would like to thank you for your ongoing support and patience whilst we have been helping all of our clients to rearrange their holiday and travel plans over the past year. Can you believe it was 12 months yesterday since the first Covid-19 case in Australia; never did we foresee it continuing this long?!
The new year has hit and although the future is looking brighter in regards to the vaccine and the world somewhat returning to ‘normal,’ the indication from our Government is suggesting that international travel is unlikely to return this year.
With this in mind, we just want to let you, our valued clients know that although both Jan and Jo will remain keeping up to date with travel news and policies we will not be actively working in travel during 2021.
For those that we are holding funds for in our trust account we will contact you in the next month to organise your refund. For those that are holding airline credits; if you wish to use them this year we will be more than happy to help you action these.
Current media reporting appears negative, but please be assured due to our business model we are hanging in there and will not make a decision as to our future for our travel business until the end of this year. However, due to the circumstance and with nil income from travel, we are both being proactive in sourcing positions outside the industry. This allows the flexibility to be available should the situation change and our clients need our help prior to 2022.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support. We feel very blessed to have clients, who although, have had their own stressful times have thought of us and supported us during our stressful times too.
