It's been a while since we've posted so we thought we'd give an update!! ☺️
✨Firstly, we'd like to introduce our newest hire, Natalie Bates. Natalie has a strong connection to country at Mungo, she's a proud Barkindjii woman, who grew up in Menindee, and is now doing what she loves - working on country, with her mob and sharing her cultural knowledge with visitors to the area. We're so excited to share Natalie's expertise, and we can't wait for a few more explorers to get to know her.
✨Secondly, we are now offering Cultural Safety Training - this is available for groups as an on Country Immersive Experience. We can offer a classroom module as well for those that may struggle to make the excursion or those that would like to delve deeper into what Cultural Safety means. If you'd like more information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
✨Finally, tag along tours will be running most days over the Easter school holidays (weather permitting). Bookings are essential, so to make sure you've secured your spot, please book in advance wherever possible.
✨If you'd like more information about our tours, cultural safety training or Mungo in general, please reach out via FB, Insta, email or phone. We can help you plan your next adventure - make sure Mungo is on your bucket list! ☺️
