Public Health has advised that South Australia (SA) will be classified as a low-risk area from Thursday 3 December 2020.

Travellers who have only spent time in low-risk areas in the 14 days prior to arrival in Tasmania are not required to quarantine with the exception of people who have been to certain premises or locations that have been identified by SA Health as posing high risk. These places will be specified by the Director of Public Health and further information will be released later today.


Anyone who is in quarantine based on time spent in SA before their arrival will be able to end their quarantine on 3 December.
