This is the farrier's arms cottage Campbelltown. Built in 1816, it was formerly used as a pud coach stop and restaurant. Now it is an art and craft bric-a-brac as well as nicknacks. Run by volunteers who would love you to come in and buy their handmade goods. And also have a yarn. Just wondering if this would make a good video tour? Everyone knows the legend but do you know the story behind it? I really need to get my backside in gear. If you are interested in Australian history, told accurately and professionally, without the bananas. Leave a comment on whether the history behind the legend of Fisher's Ghost would make an interesting topic. (Some of the information provided will include practices and regulations practised during the convict history.) The bottom picture comes courtesy of the lovely ladies of the Farriers arms cottage Campbelltown, who were charming and enthusiastic to help. They also wanted me to give their arts and crafts store a plug.
