Vindictive Premier Palaszczuk, sacked Minister Enoch and DG Merick who has got no idea whats happening in his Department deliberately held up my permit application to conduct AMSA approved marine tours in Pumicestone Passage for 6 month, they said it had to go the traditional owners, who were the Gubbi Gubbi people, but the deliberately sent it to the Yuggera Quandamooka people, the wrong mob altogether, but they are Minister Enoch's mob. I closed the marine tour business down.
Even though The AMSA the Australian Maritime Safety Authority granted us all our permits in 3 weeks, but then Palaszczuk, Enoch and Merick buried our application until we folded. That's why the vessel disappeared from Bribie Island waters.
Now you know what happened...

Premier Palaszczuk, Minister Enoch and DG Merick deliberately held up my Bribie National Park tour permit until my business was destroyed, for 6 months they told us there was 87 permit applications in front of mine, I phoned every month, to check progress, the answer was always the same, 87 permit application in front of you, still.
I closed the business that many of you enjoyed. https://www.facebook.com/bribieislandtours/?mibextid=ZbWKwL

Another rival business with Labor Party associations was given Government support while they destroyed my business.
Palaszczuk is vindictive, if she didn't know she ort to have known....

They want to close Bribie beach to 4x4s

https://www.change.org/BribieBeach4x4StayOPEN

PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE THIS PETITION.
Or LOOSE ACCESS TO THE BEACH.

NO 4X4 vehicle on turtle strikes have been recorded, baby turtles hatch at night and scurry to the sea at first light in the morning, no run over turtles have been found.

INCREASING
We all love turtles, BIEPA Environmental Group don't want people knowing:
4x4's are and have remained on the beach, their own admissions are, turtle nesting numbers on Bribie have increased, from 5 in 2016 to approximately 11 over the last 4 years to 2020, thats 120% INCREASE, nesting on the 34km of Ocean Beach Bribie Island, which is clearly not a preferred nesting beach, unlike Mon Repos near Bundaberg.
SURVIVAL
The survival rate is 1 in 10,000 baby turtles, don't forget many people eat turtle as a normal part of the diet.

OUR TURTLES JOURNEY
Our turtles travel by sea current, from here to Port Macquarie, then catch a current that carries them to the West Coast of South America, they then catch a north bound current and arrive at New Caledonia, Fiji or Vanuatu waters, this journey takes 20 years before the females are ready to nest at the same beach they originally hatched at.

BABY TURTLE S*X FACTORS
The nesting sand temperature on our beach controls the s*x of baby turtles (much like bush turkey mounds) we may only produce predominently male turtles, male turtles don't come back to nest.....????

AVID ATTENBOROUGH
World renowned respected environmentalist David Attenborough announced turtle numbers are increasing.

KEEP THE BEACH OPEN
The 4x4's have been on the beach for decades, education of the public has work our turles numbers are increasing.

Turtle killers
The Environmentalist would have everyone believe 4x4 people are barbarians who kill adult and baby turtles this is outlandish and simply untrue, there is not one shread of evidence to support their claims.

ABORIGINAL ARTIFACTS
Some of my closest friends are respected Aboriginal Kabbi Karri people and we don't doubt that Aboriginal items are found periodically throughout Australia but to close the beach is a joke, Sandstone Point is more of a sacred site, where was BIEPA then????

BIEPA ENVIRONMENTALIST will stop at nothing to close the beach, they are not concerned about Aboriginal artifacts, they'll use whatever they can without providing a shred if evidence.

OTHER WILDLIFE
The Sea Eagles are in larger than ever numbers, the Oyster Birds, Goannas, Kangaroos and Wallabies are in abundance. But BIEPA blindly says they're in decline, these idealists have got no idea on the beach.

Keep Bribie National Park/Beach OPEN

09/03/2021

For way to long the Government both State and Federal have charged access fees to National Parks and handed little to nothing back to the traditional owners, Ularu $25 entrance fee, no Aboriginal people working on the gate and a few in the park, pocketing millions.

Queensland Government wants to build a Whale watching facility, they get Enochs hand picked Quandamooka indigenous council to tick the box but forget that the families they represent, who are not being listened to, they are happy to have some development, but don't trust a Government who wants 80% of the Island as National Park and 20% for development, and that's probably reasonable, but then as traditional owners they have to buy a permit to enter the National Park?????

The traditional owners not the Government hand picked elder councils have the power to shut these sites.

Wake up Governments stop throwing the aboriginal people under the bus.

I talk to the families personally.
