Saturday's tour just sold out, but we still have 5 spots left on Sunday if anyone on the Coast is looking for a proper long weekend day out.

We're Kylie and Daniel — we live in North Avoca and run small-group luxury wine tours to the Hunter Valley.

Our Boutique tour visits three of the best wineries in the Hunter region — with a focus on more intimate cellar doors that most visitors drive straight past. We pick you up from your door and have you home the same evening.

Lunch is at Cafe Enzo — your shout on the day, but we've already sorted the reservation.

$199 per person, door-to-door pickup from anywhere on the Coast.

If this long weekend has crept up on you and you've been meaning to do a proper Hunter Valley day — Sunday is your chance. Booking through our website is simple and fuss-free, and if you have any questions just DM me or drop them in the comments 🍷

I know life on the Coast is full. I live it too. But I also know that the days we actually carve out for ourselves — really carve out, not just fantasise about — are the ones we talk about for months afterwards.

I say that because it's exactly the day we built our business around. My partner and I run small-group luxury wine tours to the Hunter Valley — we're based in North Avoca, we pick up from anywhere on the Central Coast, and we've spent the last year building something we're genuinely proud of.

There's a version of your weekend that involves rolling through vineyard country with nowhere to be and nothing to organise. The day itself is the kind that's hard to describe without sounding like you're overselling it. You get picked up from your door and spend the morning moving through cellar doors that most people never get near — including one where the wines aren't available anywhere else in the world, not in bottle shops, not in restaurants, not online. The only way to taste them is to be there in person with someone who has the relationship to open that door, and that's Daniel. Twenty years working alongside these winemakers means you're not just another visitor — you're a guest, and you feel the difference. By the time you're sitting down to eat, surrounded by vines, with a glass of something you couldn't have found on your own, the week behind you feels very far away.

What are you waiting for? Booking takes two minutes and is genuinely fuss-free. Pick a date, click Book Now, and it's done. No back and forth, no waiting to hear back — instant confirmation.

If you've got questions, drop them below or flick me a DM. I love talking about this stuff 🍷

As a working mum, I know there are always reasons not to plan the things you've been thinking about doing. But if you've seen our posts and thought you'd love to spend a day in the Hunter Valley with your girls — I'm here to ask what you're waiting for.

My partner and I have spent the last year building something we're really proud of. Small-group luxury wine tours to the Hunter Valley — the kind of day where someone else has thought of everything, where you move through cellar doors most people never get near, where the wines poured in front of you genuinely can't be found anywhere else in the world. Not in a bottle shop, not in a restaurant, not online. The only way to taste them is to be there, with someone who has spent twenty years earning the trust of the people who make them.

We watch our guests come back to the car after that particular stop and there's always a moment — this quiet kind of wonder — where they realise they've just experienced something really special. That's what we've built. That's the day we want people to have.

We wish more people on the Northern Beaches knew they could do this. Because the getting-there part is so much simpler than you'd think — you take the Palm Beach to Ettalong ferry, we cover your return ticket, and we pick you up on the other side. One hour saved, no one stuck driving, and you're in the Hunter Valley before the morning is gone.

Booking takes two minutes. Instant confirmation, no back and forth. Just a date, a click, and a day worth looking forward to.

Any questions, drop them below or DM me 🍷

We've heard from so many Northern Beaches singles loud and clear — you want to meet people, but not like that. Not apps, not crowded bars, not forced small talk. So we designed something completely different.

We're Kylie and Daniel from Coast to Cork — we run luxury small-group wine tours from the Northern Beaches to the Hunter Valley, and we know this region and its winemakers personally.
There's something about spending an unhurried afternoon out there — the landscape, the cellar doors, the pace of it — that just makes people relax and open up.

We're calling it The Grape Date. 🍷

A singles wine tour through the Hunter Valley — two handpicked cellar doors, a structured afternoon designed so you genuinely get to know every person in the group, and a beautiful end to the day back on the Northern Beaches.

The journey starts at Palm Beach Wharf, crossing to the Hunter Valley by ferry and road. Two private cellar door tastings. Then back to Palm Beach — where we'll have a table reserved at Barrenjoey House for anyone who wants to keep the evening going over a drink.

Ten guests only. Your age group — separate events for 35–50 and 50+, so you'll always be with your own people.

We're launching from the Central Coast first, but a Palm Beach departure is coming — and we want to know how many of you are interested before we open it.

|If this sounds like your kind of afternoon, follow the link in the comments to register your interest. Thirty seconds, no obligation, and you'll be first to know when tickets open. 🍇

We've heard from so many locals who are single, love good wine and good food, and would love to meet someone like minded — but would rather do it over a beautiful afternoon in wine country than on an app. So we've been quietly working on something new.

We're Kylie and Daniel from Coast to Cork — we've been running luxury small-group wine tours from the Central Coast to the Hunter Valley for a while now, and we know this region and its winemakers personally. It's one of the most beautiful parts of NSW, and there's something about spending a day out there — the landscape, the cellar doors, the pace of it — that just makes people relax and open up.

Introducing The Grape Date. 🍷

A singles wine tour through the Hunter Valley — not a party, not a singles night, not a bus full of strangers. A small, unhurried afternoon at two of our favourite cellar doors, in one of the most beautiful regions in NSW, with a format designed so you genuinely get to know every person in the group.

Ten guests only. Your age group — we're running separate events for 35–50 and 50+, so you'll always be with your own people. Everyone travels together from Crowne Plaza Terrigal. The setting does the rest.

Afterwards we'll drop you back at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal where we have a table reserved — live music, a chance to keep the conversation going, and the rest of the evening is yours.

We're not selling tickets yet — we're building the list first.

If this sounds like your kind of afternoon, follow the link in the comments to register your interest. You'll hear from us before anyone else when the first event opens. 🍇

I live in North Avoca, and I feel like it's my duty to give fellow Central Coast people a gentle nudge right now.

Sunday is Mother's Day. That's five days away.

We run small-group luxury wine tours to the Hunter Valley, and we're completely local — pickups from anywhere on the Coast, Gosford, Terrigal, Umina, wherever you are.

If your mum loves wine, good food, and being properly looked after for a day — a Coast to Cork gift voucher might be the thing that saves you this week.

You can get a voucher for $100, $150 or $200 — or gift her a full tour experience so she (and you, if you want to come along) has something genuinely lovely to look forward to.

The tours themselves include exclusive cellar door access to wineries you can't just walk into off the street, and lunch at a hatted restaurant in the Hunter Valley. Daniel, my partner and guide, has spent 20 years building relationships with these winemakers — it's the kind of day people still talk about months later.

Gift vouchers are available at https://www.coasttocork.com.au/gift-cards — or DM me directly and I'll sort it out for you.

Happy to answer any questions here too 🍷

Did you know you can start a Hunter Valley wine tour from Palm Beach Wharf?

You take the ferry across Pittwater to Ettalong — return ticket included in your tour price — and we pick you up on the other side. It's a genuinely lovely way to start a day out, and it shaves about an hour off the journey to the Hunter Valley compared to heading inland first.

It also makes the whole day actually doable. The Hunter Valley has a two-night minimum stay at most accommodation, so if you've ever thought "I'd love to go but I can't make a whole weekend of it" — this is the answer. You're home the same evening.

Mother's Day is this Sunday, and if your mum deserves a proper day out where someone else handles everything — this is worth thinking about.

We visit exclusive cellar doors that aren't open to the general public, including one where the wines aren't sold in bottle shops, restaurants, or online anywhere in the world. Lunch is at Bistro Molines, which is hatted, French-inspired, and honestly one of the best meals you can have in regional NSW.

Daniel, our guide, has 20+ years of relationships with these winemakers. Your mum will be looked after properly.

Gift vouchers start from $100 — or you can gift her a full tour experience, either for herself or for the two of you to do together.

DM me and I'll send you the link, or head to https://www.coasttocork.com.au/gift-cards 🍾

This is exactly what it feels like. 🍷

The Hunter Valley is one of Australia's oldest wine regions — and it's just two hours from Sydney. Most people don't realise you can do it in a day, and do it properly.

We're Coast to Cork. We run small-group luxury wine tours from Sydney, the Central Coast, and Palm Beach — and we take you places you genuinely can't walk into off the street. One of our cellar doors doesn't sell its wines in bottle shops, restaurants, or online. The only way to taste them is to be there.
Add a long lunch at a hatted restaurant, a guide who's spent 20 years building relationships with these winemakers, and a group of no more than eleven people — and you've got a very different kind of day out.

This is what we built Coast to Cork to feel like.

Come and see.

Mother's Day is only 2 weeks away.

What she actually wants is a day that someone else has planned. A day that feels considered. Where she doesn't have to make a single decision.

We run small-group luxury wine tours to the Hunter Valley from Palm Beach and the Central Coast.

Exclusive cellar door access, a hatted French-inspired lunch at Bistro Molines, and a guide who's spent 20 years building friendships with these winemakers. Home by early evening.

We have gift vouchers if you want to give your mum the option to choose her own date. Or if you want to come with her — there's nothing better than a day like that with someone you love.
