We have been out of phone range for a few days discovering the beauty of the magnificent Flinders Rangers. With 2 nights on Merna Mora Station. Very comfortable warm accommodation. The skies are clear and the scenery wonderful. Who would like to visit the Flinders in October??? Enjoy the pucs.

Beautiful clear skies this morning so we enjoyed some sightseeing around the area. A visit to Farina was David's chance have cream bun with fresh cream. We visited Leigh Creek, Aroona Dam, sections of the Old Ghan line and the magnificent Ochre Cliffs. Heading for Blinman tomorrow.

As predicted the rain arrived, instead of our 2 nights in Innamincka plan B was put into action and we left before they closed the Track. We slipped and slided along passing Moomba to safely arrive in Lyndhurst SA. Here we are enjoying a cold one and staying over night.

Yes it has been a while , however little Puglet is on VI P tour into the outback. So far we have visited Cunamulla (and the fella). One of my favourites, Thargomindah and tonight we are in my all time favourite, Innamincka. Lots of water around . The Diamantina is flowing well and Cooper Creek is a buzz. We are 2 nights here dicovering some of the Burke and Will's story and their demise. Hopefully travelling down the Strezeleki Track, weather permitting. I will keep you posted.
