WHat's on this Fathers day weekend in the Adelaide Hills.

Fifteen dollars. Two hours of live music. Under candlebark gums, five minutes from our front gate.

SINCLAIR'S GULLY - ADELAIDE HILLS WINE AND WILDERNESS has Hannah Margaret playing Father's Day afternoon at Norton Summit — Fleetwood Mac, The Cranberries, Paul Kelly, Coldplay, plus a few originals. Doors 12.30, music 1 till 3. BYO picnic, they'll sort the wine. Marquee if it rains.

That's the pick of a very full weekend in the Hills.

Also on Sunday: the four-course roast at Ambleside Distillers, (sold out last year), shared lunch at Glen Ewin Estate, German food and co****le among the vines at Simon Tolley Wines, charcoal-cooked Mediterranean surrounded by classic cars at National Motor Museum, and two ways to do it at Cobb's Hill Estate.

And the Royal Adelaide Show opens Saturday for nine days — Warrior, Lunarix, VOID, and over 100 free things to do once you're through the gate.
