Seaviews guests arrive 4:45pm - did a 'meet & greet' - left sensing they'd be ordering a pizza - prepared the poosh for the crust - 30 min later the phone rings 'Ricardos Pizza' - guest ordered pizza to be delivered at 7pm - crust was prepared, & resting while I cut garlic, tomato's, mushrooms, & fresh basil. Sauteed the garlic in olive oil & patted dry and used the oil (garlic infused) in the dough. Shaped the crust and laid a tomato pesto base, sauteed garlic, mushrooms thickly cut, slices of tomato's (free of seed), fresh torn home grown basil, red chilli flakes, ground pepper, hint of Romano cheese, mozerella cheese, more ripped basil and placed in oven to cook at 220. Time = 6:40pm - cleaned up and put things away, changed clothes, prepped pizza box, took pizza out at 7:10pm and delivered with a free home crafted beer. Not a bad effort & it looks pretty tasty. What do you think?

What a Pizza! Given two hours to deliver a Ricardo's delicious pie. Here is the end result. Not bad if I say so myself. Made from scratch.
