Callington Mill Precinct, Oatlands Tasmania Flour with flavour Callington Mill is a 19th century Lincolnshire tower windmill that has been restored to full working order.

It is the only working example of its type in the Southern hemisphere. We produce and supply artisan flours to bakeries, restaurants and the general public to create products with a unique providence. A warm welcome awaits you in our Visitor Centre, which includes a full retail area and The Mill Keeper's Cafe serving morals baked using our own unique flour. Guided tours of the Callington Mill Precinct and tours of the historic town of Oatlands are also available.
