We are warning consumers not to deal with Bloomex Pty Ltd, an online supplier of local and imported floral arrangements and gift baskets, also trading as Bloomex and bloomex.com.au.
We have seen a rise in complaints about not receiving pre-paid goods within a promised timeframe, receiving items that are different to what was advertised and receiving items that are of poor quality.
Consumers have also reported finding it difficult to contact Bloomex and they do not appear to offer appropriate financial redress to their customers unless we intervene.
If you have dealt with Bloomex and are not satisfied with your interaction, you can lodge a complaint via our website or at any Service NSW centre.
