The trading domes in Bhukara were built in the 16th century and were once an important stop on the Silk Road.

Now they are still used for trading carpets, spices and other fabulous treasures.

Don’t put this off till next year! Fabulous small group of travellers (most have travelled with me before so I know it’s going to be fabulous!).

Uzbekistan is sooooo much more than textiles!
