RIVERFIRE 2022

Experience sailing our SV Run Amuk, a commercially registered ocean-going 43foot racing yacht. Departs and returns from a choice of locations down the river or the new piers at New Farm.

The entire sailing yacht is yours to enjoy along with your own crew, a fully catered event with a BYO celebration. This cruise is a 100% fundraiser for veteran health and the Maritime Warrior project.

Take in a view most will never experience of the Brisbane River as we sail past the most glamorous homes of Brisbane and not to mention the tens of thousands of spectators crammed in to get a look at Riverfire whilst relaxing back in our beanbags and cushions.
We sail under the picturesque lights of the Story Bridge to anchor in the restricted area of the river in preparation for the fireworks display.

The excitement as the military aerial displays show off as the Army attack helicopters swoop, dodge, and hover all around us, then take in the sight of the massive RAAF C17 Globemaster as it screams up and down over the river with unobstructed views of the Australian Defence Force aerial displays along with the pyrotechnic explosion of colorful fireworks that is RIVERFIRE!

​Run Amuk Cruises is a social enterprise supporting veteran health, wellness, and upskilling. We’re the public face of the Maritime Warrior Project, the crew are all qualified volunteers with 100% of proceeds going directly to the project.

Returning: 9.00pm

Fireworks: 7.00pm – 7.30pm

Once the fireworks have concluded, we will remain onboard sailing back to the drop area while enjoying the atmosphere and celebrations.
