𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 – 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The Raymond Island Ferry will be out of service from 08.00 Monday 10 November to Sunday 7 December 2025 for scheduled maintenance.

On 10 November, the last ferry service will terminate at Paynesville at 08.00. A continuous service will run from 05.20 until it terminates.

𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Water taxi – “Ugly Betty”: operating during the ferry’s regular timetabled hours for the duration of the outage.

Gippsland Lakes Express Water Taxi (Paul Volk Contracting)
Mon–Fri: 07.00–10.00 and 15.00–19.00
Sat–Sun: 07.00–19.00

Gippsland Lakes Barge Services – “Sampson”
Mon–Fri: 07.00–17.00
Sat: 07.00–13.00
The Sampson barge is for trades and passengers with mobility issues. Outside these times, the barge will be on standby for emergencies only.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴
Available from Saturday 8 November at the corner of Victoria Street and Esplanade for Raymond Island residents only. Gates will be locked after the last water taxi service each night (as per ferry timetable) and reopened upon the first service of each morning.

We will notify residents when the ferry returns to service via:
• SMS
• Social media
• LED signage around the island
