Parsons Plant and Construction is a landscape construction company based in Cranbourne South with the majority of our work based within the City of Casey and Frankston City Council.

We are looking for a motivated, committed and reliable person who is wanting to commence or continue their apprenticeship, gaining practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training and a Certificate III in Parks and gardens

Jobs will include , but not limited to maintaining gardens, parks, plant trees, lawns, flowers and hedges.

As well as landscaping large and small construction projects.

The use of bobcats, excavators, small and large size trucks, wood chippers, chainsaws and hedge trimmers once competent.

What are we looking for?

- Male or Female with a desire to learn all things landscaping
- Someone punctual and reliable - A good work ethic!
- Someone enthusiastic and energetic

Highly regarded skills
- Valid driver's licence and their own transport
- Ability to operate trucks and machinery
- Ability to plan and multi-task
- Ability to Problem solve
- Eye for Detail

What would be in it for you?

- TAFE training
- Great opportunity to complete a Landscape Construction Apprenticeship & obtain a nationally recognised qualification

We are looking for a Responsible long term friendly driver with a HR licenses, proven driving record, experienced Tipper driver, attention to detail, well-mannered and someone who can work on their own or part of a team. There will also be yard work and lifting involved. The ability to Follow instructions, read and write and must be willing to load and unload. some heavy lifting involved. Bobcat and excavator experience a bonus. Dayshift working up to 10hrs a day so great hourly rate.
