The Kangaroo Island Information Stop in Penneshaw is seeking a friendly, motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.

🔹 About the Role
In this customer-facing position, you will play an important part in helping visitors make the most of their time on Kangaroo Island.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming phone calls and visitor enquiries
- Managing bookings for local tours, products, and experiences
- Providing recommendations and up-to-date information about the region
-General administrative and reception duties
- Using computer systems and booking platforms as required

🔹 About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong communication and customer-service skills
- Demonstrates good computer literacy
- Is organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys helping visitors and representing the local region
