For over 40 years, PAV has been reliably delivering intimate corporate and large-scale audiovisual solutions and cutting-edge productions. We’re capable of producing crucial events from concept to completion on any scale. We proudly boast our industry’s leading events team, multimedia producers, theme & styling team, audiovisual operators as well as an installation/retail sales department. We operate from two dedicated Bayswater warehouses which are home to WA’s largest AV equipment pool, theming products and over fifty full-time staff. $230K raised towards a future of happy, healthy children free from brain cancer ❤️

A huge congratulations to the The Pirate Ship Foundation on an incredible result at the 2026 BrainChild Gala.

We had the pleasure of supporting the evening at Fraser's Restaurant alongside the fabulous team at Known Associates Events, bringing together lighting, a custom dance floor and LED screens to help set the scene for a night dedicated to such an important cause.

Having worked alongside the Foundation on their iconic Backyard Cricket event year after year, it was especially awesome to swap the cricket field for the dance floor and see everyone dressed to the nines for the occasion.

A brilliant night, and an even better outcome. Congratulations to everyone who helped make it happen.

Taking a page out of WA 📖

PAV recently had the pleasure of helping bring the 2026 Premier’s Book Awards to life at the State Library of Western Australia; an annual celebration that recognises the incredible talent and hard work of Western Australian writers.

For this year’s awards, we transformed the space with a custom 5m x 3m LED screen, full draping, and a rich LED wash of lights throughout the library, which created a striking backdrop worthy of celebrating some of WA’s finest literary talent.

From the technical production, content creation, through to the final presentation, it was fantastic to see the space come together for such a special local event.

A huge thank you to State Library of WA for trusting PAV with your vision and having us as part of this year’s awards. We loved bringing it to life! 💜

When you're welcoming the world to Western Australia, you put your best foot forward. Recently, we had the privilege of supporting Business Events Perth as they welcomed international delegates to Optus Stadium for the Mandarin Travel China Corporate Famil Dinner.

The brief was to set the mood just right, creating an experience that felt distinctly Western Australian. One where the visuals, lighting and atmosphere worked together to delight guests, while allowing the venue, the conversations, and the evening itself to shine.

Working in the Victory Lounge, we used stunning WA imagery across five digital pillars, then extended that same content through Astera lighting using Millumin. The result was a subtle visual thread that connected the room, gently immersing guests in the landscapes of our state.

The evening was further grounded in local culture through a Welcome to Country by Olman Walley on didgeridoo, alongside Xueyan Chen on guzheng. Bringing together First Nations and traditional Chinese music created a thoughtful connection between cultures, offering the Mandarin delegation a uniquely Western Australian welcome.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening possible.

The night of nights for tennis in WA 🎾✨ And the room rose to the occasion.

From the multimedia and media wall branding to illuminated table light boxes and striking blue lighting, every element worked together to create a cohesive experience that celebrated Tennis West and the people behind it.

We were also proud to sponsor and present two awards recognising excellence in coaching, a celebration of those helping shape the future of tennis in our state.

Getting to work with Reconciliation WA during National Reconciliation Week is always an honour.

This year, their commemorative event took place at Optus Stadium under the theme All In — a call for all Australians to wholeheartedly commit to reconciliation each day, treating it not as a spectator sport, but as something we can each actively engage in to create meaningful change.

$320K raised in the fight against cystic fibrosis, the largest result in Conquer Cystic Fibrosis’s 24-year history ❤️

Recently, we had the privilege of supporting the 2026 CCF Ball, helping bring together the audio, vision, lighting and production for an evening dedicated to raising vital funds through the work of this incredible 100% volunteer-run charity.

For nights like these, our role is simple: create a seamless experience behind the scenes so organisers can focus on their guests, their community, and the impact they’re there to make.

We’re incredibly grateful to have played a part in such a meaningful evening, and thankful to the CCF team for trusting us to help bring it all together.
