BODHI Spa, which most Australians would know from its award-winning locations across the country, has just opened its first international spa in Singapore. It's now operating within The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, at Resorts World Sentosa, and from everything I've read it looks extraordinary.

Six treatment rooms, a private VIP Bathhouse with sauna and contrast therapy, guided meditation in a dedicated Relax Lounge, and two genuinely innovative wellness technologies: the Zerobody Dry Float for deep restoration and the Recovery Red Light Pod for cellular recovery and sleep. It's a full wellness experience, not just a massage and a candle.

I don't often post about hotels closer to home, but 1 Hotel Melbourne genuinely deserves a moment.

I stayed here recently after the Switzerland Tourism Workshop and it was one of those properties that surprises you. Nestled right on the banks of the Yarra River in the Docklands, the whole ethos of the hotel is built around sustainable luxury, and it shows in every detail. Natural materials, living plant walls, beautifully considered rooms and a spa that I could have happily spent an entire day in.

The Bamford Spa, indoor pool, exceptional dining and the Yarra River views from the rooms make it just as compelling for a short city escape as it is for interstate visitors wanting somewhere special to land in Melbourne.

It's on my recommend list without hesitation.

Last week I attended the Switzerland Tourism Workshop and Roadshow 2026, and I left feeling genuinely excited about what I can now offer clients looking at Switzerland.

The day was a deep dive into some of the most beautiful destinations and experiences Switzerland has to offer: from the Jungfrau Region and Zermatt to Lake Lucerne, Mount Pilatus, the Rhaetian Railway and so much more.

A 10th birthday, a Japan dream and one very happy little Pokémon fan. This trip had my heart from the start.

I loved putting together this epic birthday trip for my lovely clients and their son. It was the perfect mix of adventure and culture visiting two of Japan's most iconic cities: Tokyo and Osaka.

They made the most of every moment with their stay including:

⭐️ 4 days in Tokyo visiting the Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine and spotting Mt Fuji.
⭐️ Shopping at Pokémon Center Tokyo DX.
⭐️ A stay at MIMARU in the Pokémon Room.
⭐️ 3 days in Osaka.
⭐️ A visit to Universal Studios.

Some exciting news from one of Australia's most iconic luxury properties.

Qualia on Hamilton Island is evolving.

In 2026, the resort is undergoing a wellness-led transformation that will include a new spa, gym, in-room enhancements and Aesop amenities throughout. Access to the Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach by boat or helicopter remains, as does everything that makes qualia one of the most extraordinary places to stay in Australia.

It's a property that has always done luxury beautifully. This next chapter adds a deeper sense of restoration to that.

I don't say this lightly, but Monarto Safari Resort might be one of the most exciting things to open in Australia in a long time.
