Thats a wrap for the weekend getaway. Only have the drive home left. Seen some magnificent places.
Loved the giant trees around Pemberton. Saw lots of animals. Enjoyed the walks, rivers and waterfalls. Had some lovely chocolate and pie n cake.
Highly recommend the Rac Park Karri Valley, Crossings bakery Pemberton and the Southern Forrest chocolate factory.

Went for a wonder around big brook dam. Trees were so tall. I was looking up at this one, it was so big i fell over backwards.

Awesome day today.
Lucky bay, rossitere bay, hell fire bay and Cape le grand beach.
Lucky bay is beautiful. No kangaroos on the beach today but the views made up for it. Squeaky sand and dolphins playing in the waves. Explored some rock pools. Saw crabs and a big lizard. Had lunch on cape le grand beach. The hooman caught a nice salmon. We let it go to swim another day.
Finished the day off at Wylie rock and a drive to the top maight be on the cards, shhh 🦙😁
Hike up Frenchmans peake tomorrow.

Quick summary of the adventure so far.
Started off in Albany for the ANZAC dawn service. Did all the usual hot spots for the tourists. The Gap, Blowholes, Natural Bridge etc. Skipped the whaling station this trip as we went last time. Drove out to Denmark for Green Pool and Elephant Rocks. The spots just kept on getting better.
Next stop was Starvation bay. Off grid and magical weather. Cold but lovely after a rainy start. Did some fishing and caught whiting and some baby salmon that all went back to get bigger.
Down to Hopetoun for a looksie and a pub visit. Yummy cake at Shipwreck Bakery.
A little bit of 4wding to the top of the lookout at Starvation Bay, Magnificent views.
Off to Esperance today, see what happens as we go. ❤️🦙
