Final Post on Little Ferry Co: I will one day write the story of the Little Ferry co. but for now, on this platform it remains for me to say THANK YOU.
Thank you to Jay who stood tall whilst I was in the foetal position when our jetty license was revoked.
Thank you to all our fantastic skippers and particularly those who had the bravery and vision to kick start our venture; Mark, Bob, Ian and Rory [who I am particularly indebted to]. And Heidi.. our mercurial world-beating spruiker. And what about Ellie and Ben.. I still carry some guilt for employing slave child labour [doesn't count when one of them is your daughter and the other her best buddy]
Thank you to Julius and Matt who invested in our little startup - quite remarkable individuals who inspired each in their own way.
Thank you to Paddy and Lester.. guys, couldn't have done it without you.

And perhaps most of all - Thank you to you all. You supported us.. so often in a way that it made us continue perhaps longer than commercial logic would dictate.

I will one day write the story and publish it on my new short story website https://kevyntownley.substack.com/ There are too many people to thank and too many (difficult) memories to share right now. Suffice to say, I will always be indebted to everyone who touched who was touched by our Little Ferry business

Edit: reference to our license being revoked relates to an incident several years ago [which was resolved] and is not the reason for us closing the business
