Day 4/60 🤍

Somewhere between looking after the kids, the house, the meals and everything in between… I realised I was always putting myself last.

So for my 30-day challenge, I’m making small changes to take better care of myself too. Nothing complicated — just little things I can actually stick to.

One of those little changes has been adding this Australian marine collagen to my morning smoothie. I love that it’s marine-derived and naturally processed using enzymes rather than harsh chemicals.

And honestly, sometimes self-care as a mum isn’t a spa day or an hour to yourself.

Sometimes it’s just making yourself a smoothie and remembering that YOU MATTER TOO. 🤍

Raising Desi kids in Australia is basically trying to give them the best of both worlds. 😂🇦🇺🇮🇳

I want my boys to feel Australian, confident and completely at home here… but I also want them to know their Punjabi roots, our language, our food, our traditions and all the little things that make them Desi. ❤️

Not confused. Not choosing one over the other.
Just growing up with two cultures and a whole lot of love. 🥹

And honestly… if they can survive dal-roti nights and Mum’s “bas 5 minutes” — they’ll be just fine. 😂
