Melissa's recent 17-day adventure through Vietnam was packed with unforgettable moments, breathtaking scenery, and mouthwatering food! 🍜

Her journey kicked off in Hanoi before heading south to Ninh Binh, often called the “Halong Bay on land.” The stunning Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex (UNESCO-listed) was a true highlight.

Next was a 3-day cruise through the peaceful Lan Ha Bay aboard Ambassador Cruise—complete with kayaking, delicious cuisine, and exceptional service 🚢🌅

From there, she ventured into the caves and jungle of Phong Nha National Park, then boarded the scenic train ride to Da Nang via the epic Hai Van Pass 🚆

Her final stop: the magical town of Hoi An. With its lantern-lit nights, relaxing beaches, rich culture, and a visit to the iconic Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills —it was the perfect end to an incredible trip.

The gang’s back together — 23 years later!

We’re thrilled to welcome Kirsten back to Bicton Travel! To celebrate her return, we decided to recreate an iconic team photo from all the way back in 2002 — a lot has changed since then (including the uniforms!), but the spirit remains the same.

Founders Phil and Carole are still at the heart of Bicton Travel, and Fiona has been with us for an incredible 23 years. Now, with Kirsten back as one of our receptionist's, you’ll see her friendly smile in the office or hear her cheerful voice on the phone.
