The six spacious bedrooms on the first floor each have a luxurious king bed plus a king single and all have their own large en suite bathroom, two with spa baths. They all open to their own private balconies hosting spectacular views. The ground floor has two charming bedrooms with two bathrooms. The fabulous West Wing is self-contained with disabled access and consists of two bedrooms, both with en suites and a lovely lounge room complete with a quality queen sofa bed. The Pool Suite is an oversized bedroom/family suite and is accessed through the bean bag cinema room. It consists of a king bed which can be split into 2 king single beds and a day bed which converts to an oversized queen bed. The Summer House stands alone and is located peacefully away from the main house. It can be both a private escape from the main house, as well as being a cosy romantic space with a spa bath, lounge and kitchenette. This magnificent property has everything a large group of family, friends or colleagues could wish for with a stunning open plan living and dining area, an oversized semi commercial kitchen suitable for large groups or event catering and a separate lounge room with fireplace. Willow Tree also boasts a quirky bean bag cinema room, a large swimming pool, WIFI, bocce court, games room with pool table, a large assortment of board games and puzzles and a Playstation for the little ones The property also has a large entertaining deck with 2 BBQ’s. The deck is partially covered with a waterproof sail and overlooks the lovely gardens and across to the vineyards. The property also has an extra piece of paradise with its own little beach next to the dam complete with sun lounges. Picturesque gardens and rotunda add to the beauty of this stunning property which is perfect for small intimate weddings for up to 40 guests or marquee style weddings up to 100 guests on request. Willow Tree Estate is a short stroll to Matilda Bay Brewhouse & Dining, Binnorie Dairy, La Glace Dessert Bar, The Mill restaurant and the Broken Back BBQ and Tapas Bar. 12 bedrooms/11.5 bathrooms includes all of the above plus the West Wing and can accommodate up to 38 guests or 36 guests in individual beds

There are two hotel quality fold out beds and a single bed ensemble available upon request (3). These can be located in most of the bedrooms. TARIFF - WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) - 12 Bedroom Configuration
The minimum nightly weekend rate for up to 26 guests (adults or children) in the 12 bedroom configuration is $4200 per night (2 night minimum). Extra adult guests are charged at $100 per person per night. Children 13 and under are charged at $60 per child per night. Infants under 2 are free. MIDWEEK BOOKINGS and LONGER STAYS - Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over. NOTES - One night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge. Weekend Public Holiday bookings must be a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate. Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate.
