At Savannah Estate, wine tasting comes with a delicious twist — gourmet pies matched with their wines.

From savoury through to sweet, each pairing brings out something different in the wine. It’s relaxed, delicious and a great way to enjoy some of the flavours of the Hunter Valley.

And really… who can say no to a good pie? 🥧🍷

🍷 A little different. A lot of fun. Welcome to Latitude 32.

We recently spent a beautiful afternoon at Latitude 32 Wines, where their passion for great wine, creativity and doing things a little differently shines through.

Set amongst the vines in Pokolbin, Latitude 32 has a fresh, relaxed feel — beautiful wines, fabulous art, gorgeous views and plenty of personality.

And then came the dumplings! 🥟🍷

Five different dumplings paired with five Latitude 32 wines, each combination bringing out something a little different in the glass. Such a fun way to experience wine and food together — and absolutely delicious.

Emma and David have created a cellar door that feels welcoming, interesting and just a little unexpected — exactly the kind of Hunter Valley experience we love discovering at Here We Go Tours.

And apparently there’s a wine and chocolate pairing too…

We will be checking this out. 😉🍫🍷

A little taste of what makes the Hunter Valley so special. 🍷

We recently visited Jac & Jones Wines and enjoyed their food and wine pairing experience with Providore’s Kitchen — seven wine tastings, each thoughtfully matched with a delicious bite.

It’s exactly the kind of local experience we love discovering at Here We Go Tours — great wine, beautiful food and passionate local people.

We’re looking forward to sharing more experiences like this with our guests. 💙

A wonderful tasting with David Hook — Hooky — at his vineyard. 🍷 Hearing the stories behind the wines directly from the winemaker made this such a special Hunter Valley experience.

What an absolutely fabulous night at Estancia on Lovedale Road.

We headed out for their Thursday Pasta Night.

The food was fresh, generous and absolutely full of flavour.

And here’s James, owner and chef, the man behind it all. You can really taste the care and passion that goes into what he creates.

Add lovely service and a relaxed atmosphere, and it was simply a fabulous evening.

Estancia, you’ve absolutely nailed Pasta Night. We’ll be back! ❤️🍝

🍷 Some places just stay with you.

We had the most wonderful time at Pierre’s Wines in Branxton.

This is the sort of Hunter Valley experience we love — small, personal and completely genuine. Sitting around the table, tasting beautiful wines and listening to Peter share his knowledge, stories and passion for winemaking was an absolute treat.

Behind Pierre’s Wines is generations of French winemaking heritage, and you can feel that history in the way the wines are made and, perhaps even more importantly, in the way they’re shared.

There was no rushing us through a tasting. It was generous, warm and full of conversation — one of those experiences where you arrive as visitors and leave feeling like you’ve shared something quite special.

Peter, thank you for your time, your stories, your generosity… and, of course, the beautiful wine. 🍾🥂

We absolutely loved it.

There are some places that instantly make you slow down, and Iron Gate Vineyard is one of them.

With its beautiful Tuscan-inspired setting, delicious food, warm hospitality and stunning vineyard views, it's the kind of place where a long lunch turns into one of the highlights of your day.

We're so pleased to include this wonderful experience as part of selected Here We Go Tours journeys.

A perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink. 🍸✨

We stopped into Earp Distilling Co. in Carrington before dinner and loved the relaxed atmosphere. Great drinks, a welcoming vibe, and the perfect way to start the evening.

We're live! 🥂

Here We Go Tours is now officially open for business!

What a fantastic evening celebrating the launch with family & friends. Words were shared, glasses were raised, plenty of laughs were had, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to mark the beginning of this exciting new adventure.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and has supported us along the way. We can't wait to welcome our guests and share the very best of the Hunter Valley with you.

A test drive before our official launch... and another fantastic day! 🚐🍷

We spent the day exploring more potential winery partners while getting to know our tour vehicle even better. From the sound system and passenger comfort features to all the clever technology and little extras, we're making sure every detail is just right.

And doesn't she look fantastic in her Here We Go Tours branding? We couldn't resist showing her off a little before launch! 💙
