Annika and the ladies are gonna send it on a boat for her Hens night in Newcastle.

2 major cities in one day. Early morning Sydney pick-up and Newcastle in the afternoon.

Nearly 600kms travelled today so far.

Just a little update.

I have been living down on the lake for the past couple of years. I spent my life in cessnock up untill that point. Since starting this little business I have spent more time back up the Hunter Valley then I have on the lake,so I made the decision to move back. So as of the 13th September I will be a local again.

I've missed out on work as I was 45 minutes away and people needed transport then and there so moving forward I'll be nice and close for any dinner transfers etc.

Thank you to the customers I've been fortunate to have already and I look forward to meeting even more. Spring time is here, weather is warming up, let's organise a day out 🙌

Early morning run to Sydney Cruise terminal for Emma and the Fam. Then I'll be picking them all up again on Saturday morning to get them back home after a few days sailing the seas and sinking cocktails.

3 different pick-up locations, Full bus, loaded luggage trailer. The big girl towed really well for it's first tow.

Train might be cheaper, but it doesn't pick you up from your door and drop you right to the entrance, but TK's definitely does. So why not take the stress out of the start and finish to your holiday and let us get you there and back.

Today I welcomed Krissy and the whole Fam on board for a half day wine tour.

Picked up from Lovedale and our first tasting stop was at Elbourne Wines. Followed by some lunch at Saddlers Creek. Then onto the final tasting at Hanging Tree Wines.

Quick stop off at Harrigans bottle shop for some essentials 😏 before heading back to their accommodation. Where I'm guessing some beers will be sunk by the boys, some wine by the ladies and 🤞all the kids pass out after a long day.

Transfer Saturday. Something different today.

My day started off in Newcastle picking up a mate and 10 kids to get them to paintball for a party, then back home.

Next I was on to Quorrobolong to pick up David, his new wife and their fur baby Teddy, to take them into Pokolbin for an event. Teddy is officially the first pup to ride the TK'S bus.

Even got to stop on the way to rescue a turtle off the rd 🐢.

Next stop was onto Greta to pick up Katherine and 7 of her nurse colleagues for a well deserved and earned night out.

Quick chill now before I have to get everyone home around midnight. Hope everyone has had an awsome Saturday 🙌

Today I had the pleasure of taking the honeymooners, Jack & Kate, around the Hunter Valley for a half-day private wine tour.

Jack & Kate pretty much let me lead the way today. They just knew they wanted to visit Mount Pleasant, so that was our first stop.

For stop number two, I took them up to Audrey Wilkinson, and they were absolutely blown away by the view up there.

Our final stop was one I highly recommended, John Wallace. They were stoked with all three stops today and I think we managed to put together a pretty bloody good little afternoon for them.

Instead of dropping them back at Tower Lodge, I dropped them off at Tower Whiskey Distillery… because hey, who doesn't like a good whiskey? 🥃

Jack & Kate, I hope you both enjoy the rest of your stay in the Hunter Valley, and all the very best for this new journey you're starting together in life and marriage.

Tell ya what… I never really found a job that I genuinely enjoyed doing. The hours & the early starts everyday, the physical strain, the mental strain of doing what I've always done with my trades.

So to go in the complete opposite direction, start something of my own and, within just two months, have 15 five-star google reviews from happy customers, honestly makes me super bloody happy.

It’s not just the five stars either. Reading the comments people leave about me being friendly, professional, flexible, making recommendations, having a laugh and helping create a great day that's what makes it all worthwhile.

I genuinely enjoy getting up and going to work now. I get to meet people, have a chat, show people around the Hunter Valley and hopefully make their day a little bit better along the way. Everyday is a new journey.

TK’s Private Transfers is still only getting started, but seeing where it’s already heading has me pretty bloody excited for what’s ahead.
